Personal Support Throughout
You’ll have ongoing access to your planning team for questions, ideas, and decisions, with regular meetings, additional calls as needed, and email support throughout planning. We communicate during business hours and establish a direct contact plan for time-sensitive needs as your wedding approaches
Your Planning Scope
Full-service planning covers one wedding ceremony and reception, with staffing, locations, and coverage hours outlined in your proposal. Welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, travel arrangements, and other surrounding events can be added separately. Vendor services, rentals, purchases, and installation or cleanup labor are separately contracted and paid.
Partial Wedding Planning
Starting at $6,000
For couples who have secured their venue and key vendors but want experienced guidance bringing the remaining details together. We build on the plans you’ve made, helping you move forward with confidence and enjoy your celebration.

- Sourcing and booking support for up to three remaining vendor categories
- Four planning meetings, a final venue walkthrough, and a final logistics meeting
- Refinement of your existing wedding vision and design selections
- Review of your current budget and guidance on remaining spending
- Email support throughout the planning process
- Vendor logistics management beginning eight weeks before your wedding
- Wedding timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-day management
Before We Begin
Your wedding date, venue, overall budget, and primary vendors should be established. During your consultation, we’ll review your progress and outline the remaining planning responsibilities. Wedding-day staffing and coverage hours will be specified in your proposal.
Additional vendor sourcing, complete design development, and planning for surrounding events can be added for a separate fee.
Wedding Management & Day-of Coordination
Starts at $3,000.
Your final investment depends your guest count, event locations, and staffing needs. Each proposal includes the team and support needed to manage your celebration with care.

- A detailed wedding-day timeline shared with your vendor team

- On-site management of vendor arrivals, setup timing, and scheduled deliveries
- Placement of agreed personal items, such as your guest book, signage, and favors

- Collection of agreed personal items for handoff to your designated contact
Personal Support Throughout
Once your wedding management period begins, you’ll have a dedicated planning contact to help resolve remaining logistics and prepare for the celebration. Meetings and calls are scheduled as needed, with communication during business hours and responses generally within one hour. During your rehearsal and wedding-day coverage, your on-site coordinator will be available for time-sensitive needs.
Your Planning Scope
This service is designed for couples who have selected their vendors, established their wedding design, and completed the primary planning decisions before our handoff. We manage the execution of those plans, with one ceremony and reception, rehearsal coverage, staffing, locations, and wedding-day hours outlined in your proposal.
Catering service, furniture moving, décor installation, and venue cleanup remain the responsibility of the appropriate vendors. Personal-item setup and collection are agreed upon before the wedding.
Event Planning
Starting at $3,000
Thoughtful planning for the occasions that bring people together. From corporate gatherings and retirement parties to baby showers, milestone birthdays, rehersal dinners, and wedding welcome parties, we plan personal, welcoming events in so you can focus on your guests and enjoy the celebration.

- Event design guidance, including décor, florals, rentals, and stationery
- Vendor recommendations, proposal comparisons, and booking support for the services outlined in your proposal

- Guidance on food and beverage service, entertainment, and guest experience
- Planning meetings and additional scheduled calls as decisions arise
- Email support throughout the planning process, without a set limit on questions
- Event timeline creation and final logistics coordination
- On-site event management, with staffing and coverage tailored to your celebration
Personal Support Throughout
You’ll have a dedicated planning contact for questions, ideas, and decisions along the way. Meetings and calls are scheduled around your event’s needs, with communication during business hours and responses generally within two business days.
Your Event, Clearly Planned
Each proposal is tailored to one event and outlines your planning services, design support, vendor coordination, staffing, and on-site coverage. Additional events or expanded services are quoted separately.
Our planning fee does not include venue, catering, rentals, décor, entertainment, or other vendor costs. Delivery, setup, food service, and cleanup are handled by the appropriate vendors.
